Hi, I used the 'clear memory' option on my K810i earlier today, and now everything seems to be placed too high on the screen. The buttons er in top of the screen and everything else is invisible. I've tried to update the firmware on it, but SEs own updater says I have the wrong version of Macromedia ( I tried to install both Flash and Shockwave, but it still doesn't work ). I think it may be a firmware problem, is there any way to fix it ? If yes, how ?

Here is how it looks ( I'm sorry about the quality, I didn't have anything else than my HTC P3600 which is terrible for taking pictures ):

Try 'master reset' from the settings menu then turn off the phone and remove battery. If this doesn't help, I guess u will have to flash your firmware with setool or xs++.

I can't see any menus. Could you write a guide on how to do it ?

It doesn't seem to work. Does any of you have a link to a firmware ?

I've tried both EUROPE_3 and EUROPE_4, but when I'm done typing in my PIN I get an error saying "Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre.". Why is that ? And how do I fix it ?
