Why can't i receive any text messages. I did before but now for some reason i can't

What network are you on? What country? Can you receive/ send texts if you put the sim in another phone? Can you sed/ recieve texts if you put another sim in your W580i?

go to messages. and go to settings and look at text messaging there and kinda explore it.
