my wife has w580i,, she can send these wee animations as text messages, but when i reply from my k850i these are mms messages,,, why is that,, it cost me 36p, but 12p for her,,, any help please,,, both of us are with vodafone
just found out if she sends me a wee animation, i can forward the message and send it as sms, but cant edit the post

you should have a choice of replying with either pic or text message or voice message on your phone when replying to it.

I know some vodafone branded se phones did this (switched to mms mode automatically whan you added even one of those wee animations. Maybe flashing it with generic firware would help- but who knows, maybe all new se's have that now.
)
Would be a pity though- I've had free weekend texts many times and loved sending those mini pics and animations!
