Hi, well I've been posting here often as I just got a K810i a few weeks ago. I would like to know if there is a good program to convert videos so that they will be small enough for the screen. I will appreciate all comments!

follow the above thread it will help you like many other (ive overtaken the thread lol)
so if you need help with video encoding or anything just ask in that thread
i suggest you use m3(one of the top),and also view the screenshot(for setting m3- you can set it any way you like) and read all the pages in that thread - theres not many you can skim it in 10-15mins
