I have K550i
I face the problem at first when I tryed to installe OperaMini. I downloaded it at my PC then transfer to mobile and try to installe it. Then it show Operation failed. (I don't know hare the problem created or before)

Now I cannot access Applications or Games in my MobilePhone "operation failed".
and I cannot see any folder named Games or Applications when i browse my cellphone from Computer. Where the Games folder and Applications folder to stay?

..... So i cannot start any application nor games. Please Help.

You must reflash the phone. Go to SE Service Centre or do it yourself via www.wotanserver.com .
