> Operation failed on K850i

Hi, I have a sort of recurring problem on my K850i.
It started with the 'Operation Failed' message being displayed when trying to access my SMS folders, but a master reset all cured the problem. After reading several thread on here is would seem this is a common problem. This happened 3 times over the 4 months I've had the phone, the last time being last friday night, where again a master reset all cured the problem.
This time however, after the reset, trying to open my games and applications folders results in the Operation Failed message being displayed (although I couldn't say if that was happening immediatly before, but the SMS folders now work again!). Several more resets and I'm still having problems. A search of google lead me to this site, where it would appear people have recomended a firmware upgrade, which I did via SEUS.
Unfortunatly though, I'm still having the same problem with the games/applications folder
Does anyone have any ideas?
