I have the w910i for about 3 weeks, the problem i'm having is i cant hear people through the earphone thing on the phone i have to put it on speaker to talk to anyone,they can hear me , i just cant here them . I was going to send it back but i want to see if anyone can recommend how to fix it because i need the phone just now. please help , i have tried the frimwire updates , nothing works

Best thing to do is exchange it if you bought it from a shop OR contact sony ericsson and they should give you a freepost address for a warranty claim. Make sure you send it Recorded or special delivery then it'll get checked and sent back quicker.

If raising the volume and changing firmware don't help, the best solution is to return the phone to the shop you bought it and get it replaced with new one...
