Hi well i got my k850i back from SE and I was very pleased with the turnaround time.
However here are the problems with it now:
It often freezes
Sometimes when i press 3,4,5,6,7,down and right it thinks I've pressed the back button which is incredibly annoying
The rubber bit at the bottom of the back of the phone is not there anymore!!
When I type a message into a 3 sms (if that makes sense)( more than 3 messages long, 480 characters) the phone resets
I think I'm going to send it back with a letter of complain and demand a new k850i
What you think my chances are lol!?

your handset is covered under the warranty if its still within the warranty period that is. just take it with a proof of purchase to a s.e service centre and they will either repair it or replace your device.
