I have a friend of mine that can't view the site at all, his internet works fine with everything else, hes on a broadband connection, any ideas would be great. thanks.

At time some of the links dont work. You can still let him try different links like mobile.esato.com or
http://www.esato.com/board/ and even
http://www.esato.com/board/wap all these can workk differently with different phone.
At times you can just go to google search and search for esato and you can use the link at the end of the page that appears when you browse from the pc. But I hope Masseur will help you.
