I read quite a bit of topics and info and I'm still confused. I own a K750i CID49 RED and I'm interested in the Super Camera Driver (which link seems to be broken) and the acoustics/audio driver/whatever it's called.
Is the CID49 an obstacle to just K750i -> W800i or does it prevent other mods as well?
With this CID is there any way to mod my phone?

you should be careful with CIDs when:
- flashing your phone
- flashing an erom
not all firmwares are for your phone are cid49. there are also cid36

The CID is no obstacle for anything as the CID49 of your K750 is fully cracked a long time ago... So you just need to be careful when you are flashing the phone not to use CID36 files... that's it... Anyway converting to w800 is still possible using Gslide... You can convert the W800 CID36 firmware to a CID49 compatible one (slide it
) and then flash your phone with that "W800 CID49" files...

Are there any well written guides to install such mods to a K750i and with working links? Any help would really be appreciated.

You can mod the K750 firmware aswell... No need for converting to W800...
