hi i have a question . how can i conver ta mp4 video into 3gpp

Use some video converting software...

For example I use Imtoo 3gp video converter which converts almost all video formats to my K800 compatible ones...

If you have Quicktime you can do it. Just load up the file in it, then go File > Export, then choose '3G' from the list of formats, then you're away. This will save to 3gp format.

However, I think you may have to have the full version of Quicktime to do so.

yesterday i found a free tool called 'super encode' it's very easy, free and converts nearly every file into any different extension
