My K800i had the flashing white screen fault and unable to switch off.
I downloaded firmware to the phone and i thought great this has worked.
Wrong.... The phone switches on, Sony Ericsson logo appears, select normal or flight mode, enter pin no, pin no entered and then phone displays configuration error contact your service provider.
I have spoke to Orange who inform me the phones faulty and there is nothing they can do.
Any ideas please?
