I have a P990 and think the battery life is really poor. Has anyone tried the P1 battery on a P990? Does it make any difference?

In the meantime you could unchek 3G network if u are not using it + put the preffered mode ( INTERNET ACCOUNTS - OPTIONS ) to ''CS only'' + disable wlan when not using it + turn down the screen brightness .
It should improve your battery life considerably ...

yes it will make difference....AFAIK the P1 battery has 30% more juice than P990īs, and its compatible
