How do I know?

Over here the Czech Republic they have the nokia logo under the screen and the 'N95 8GB' in small print above the screen on the left.
I've checked flickr and every n95 8gb there has it the same...

no, it has the 8gb logo, you cant see because of the flash.
I think is a N95 with a N95-8gb housing or something like that

Well it cant be a N95 into a N95-8Gb as the screen sizes differ, I think its just a normal N95 with a black housing and 8Gb written on it. You can see on the last pics tell tale signs.
1) The user guide phone is silver (normal n95)
2) The Box is Grey (N95 Box)
3)The is an SD Card next to the box
