I already tried changing CDA to GW1 R6A13 using xs++ 3.1 but then SEUS doesnt see it as needing an update.

If i restore the original GDFS that i backed up, it will let me reinstall the firmware for the HK region zone.

How can i install the GW1/2 Generic Firmware using SEUS update??? I am seriously unable to txt because there is no English dictionary/t9. and also the menus are in HK/chinese.. =(

somebody assist me.. ares? lol

thanks guys

It sounds like you already have the latest firmware. Does SEUS have an option to update anyway, despite you having the latest firmware?

it lets me re-update the same latest firmware again but its the HK/Chinese version.

I am trying to attain the generic world firmware through SEUS.

once again, i tried changing the CDA to GW1 using xs++ 3.1 but then SEUS notifies me "NO UPDATE AVAILABLE -- Your software is up-to-date"

No option to even reinstall like previous time (default CDA setting)

an idea, backup your GDFS using XS++, use the program GDFS Edit and go to the part where the FW version and CDA is, modify it to a very old WG1 or WG2 CDA and SW version, then restore your modded GDFS to your phone, try SEUS again, hope that this works, good luck.

I think that the root of your problem lies in the fact that SE claim to be experiencing problems with the M600 firmwares and SEUS, so noone has been able to upgrade via the system, I think they said that taking it to a service centre was was currently the only viable option.

Have you looked at Wotan etc. to see wether they have your firmware?
