Have a z520i I was using up until today.
Got an incoming call, all ok answered the call as normal.
Then when I finished the call I noticed there's no image on the internal display just plain white.
Shut the phone and there was an image on the external display but pressed one of the keys on the side to bring up the status display and the image went garbled.
Now I get nothing on either display i've tried taking the battery out and placing it back in which didn't seem to solve the issue?
As far as I know both displays are OK themselves the inner one displays plain white and the outer one displays nothing. I don't think the phones sending them anything.
So is this phone destined for silicon heaven or is there something I can try first.

My girlfriend's one did the same I think. The inner screen shows just white, and the outer screen shows either nothing or what it's supposed to show, except its all messed up and out of place.
There was no easy fix, and we assumed it was due to her dropping it too much and some connections in the phone were loose. Rather than bugger around with an out of date phone, we just bought her a new Z550.
I'm not saying thats the only solution, but it may come down to this for you too unfortunately.

Is the clamp shell loose?
Possible that the LCD stip could have got cut a bit, this is common with flip open phones.

To be honest I'm not that bothered about it only use it for my work mobile (as I didn't like the 3410 they issued me)
I'll probably put the sim in my N70 in a couple months time as It's got my contract sim in Currently but that should be getting disconnected early June.
In the meantime I had a Samsung A800 in my desk draw so I put the work sim in that one for now.

Sounds like White Screen Of Death to me. Send it into a service centre to be reflashed and it'll be as good as new. Happened to my V800 a couple of years ago and was easily fixed.
