What is your opinion about the newest Sony Ericsson W980? I've checked all the specifications on the http://www.gsmpress.com/eng/mobile-phones-sony-ericsson-w980.html and it seems very good, don't you think?

That website isn't very accurate. For a start, the W980 doesn't have a flash at all.
