M1330
Macbook Air
Not so keen on the X300 (No soul in it.)
M1530.
Highly unlikely to get one but would like opinions.
Just need a small device. Air is my favourite (:

ditch the idea of an air... its rubbish once youve had it for a few weeks (kinna like most apple products)
get a lenovo ThinkPad_X60 ,
touchscreen swivels round flat, BRILLIANT laptop
OS: with xp tablet edition (when i got myne, i got it at reduced price (£500) because it was a return and had no OS
it wont leave you skint like with the MacBook, but it is a genaraly pleasing laptop to use
price: £684.97

What you pay is what you get, totally disagree with paul101. You choose your OS, then choose your machine, you have a lot more hardware choices with windoze

.
However nothing can beat the operating efficiency of a mac, linux, unix OS.

Dell M130 is actually very impressive.
Just the thought of the air on my desk in all its flatness makes me want it

My Advise would be go for HP as that is what we spec at work and have been really reliable. When they have had a fault it has been fixed next day by HP. Unlike Dell who our sister company bought three of and had 2 go wrong in the first month. Both took a month to be repaired by Dell.
Personally I use a IBM Thinkpad (not a Lenovo). Its really robust as I managed to drop it down a flight of stairs (with it bouncing off every step) and it didnt have a scratch on it.

My HP was fine. Never had a problem with it. I've got an acer now and so far, so good!
