> W960 So bad its going back!

I have finally had enough of my W960 so it is going back! its inability to charge in phone mode in the cradle (OK in Fast Transfer mode!) It will no longer Sync or Backup I get constant application error messages on the phone when trying either action have all driven me to the point of no return!
I went through enough nonsense with the P990 charade, this is the final straw! thank goodness my P1 is working as well as can be expected for an
device!

Hi Nipsen,
where is the Wiki I didn't know ESATO had one and I cant find it! In fairness the sync suite and cable works fine on my p1, (it is a bit fiddley but any piece of software written by Sony is!) and when i first got my W960 it also worked well I am going to try uninstalling the sync suite and do a reinstall just to establish where the fault lies.

If you want help setting up tables that can't be copied from other parts of the site, or something of that sort - look on the metawiki for help (help link on the "edit" page), use the discussion- pages, or pm me if you'd like. Btw - there's no point that we must have identical setups on each of the phone- pages - but it would be nice to be able to link common problems in some way.. so try to make new reports for separate issues in separate pages in a list of some sort.
For the sync/docking point issues on the p1 - maybe write a new entry in the list on the frontpage with the "messages", "wifi", "other" and so on? And then fill out that page in the same way as the others. Until parts of it can be put together as a bug- report on the front- page..?
