My callers complains my phone always engaged or out of service AFTER am upgraded to the latest firmware. I tried to rang myself.. sometime it will diverted me to voice mail or said service is not available. ( my phone signal is full always)...
Anyone experienced the same issue?

There might be a problem with the simcard, or maybe the line is down?

I didn't experience this.... although when I call my other number or my friend's number, sometimes the call goes directly to voice mail without even ringing....
forgot to ask, what was your previous firmware version? I upgraded from R1EA031 to R1EA037, and the difference that I spotted is only the TEXT something from BB TO BD.... everything else stays exactly the same like R1EA031...

I dont have this problem before upgrade... anyway, i will take out my sim card to another phone... see still have problem or not.
