hi i was wondering if anyone can help me with these problem im having on ebay. okay basially someone bought my item and no wthey are refusing to pay for it.. what can i do? will ebay give me the money for it or will they force him to give me the item?

You cannot make a buyer pay you for the item and ebay are only a venue - they will pay you back nothing. All you can do is to get your selling fees back. Go here - parts of this may apply -
