> CPW pay as you go returns policy?

Hey guys.
Got a phone I want to return. Gf bought it a couple of days ago on pay as you go as an upgrade. So paid less for it and got credit (haven't received that yet).
Can I simply return it for a refund or not?

No Carphonewarehouse no longer do refunds on pay as you go phones unless faulty. You can swap the phone only once.

Yes you can i have done that there myself. CPW has changed its policy you used to be able to refund any phone there but not any more. The only pre pay phones you can return are Virgin Mobile as i just read in the back of their brochure. Good luck.

You cant get a refund on a pre pay phone there and then get a contract. You would probably have to keep the pre pay phone and get a contract for an iphone seperately. You could try asking them but i doubt it.
