Hi, everytime i try to start pc suite for my w960 i get the message 'unable to create device manager instance' and then all the options are greyed out and unselectable..

Has anyone else had this problem?? I'm trying to update my phone but i can't backuk it up first as the options are unavalable and the phone isn't recognised by pc suite.

Any ideas welcome
