Ok, I want to understand this, fully.
First, I have a wireless broadband modem.
Is there anyway for me to use WAP or mobile Internet using my broadband connection so I don't have to see my calltime being dropped like £1 per minute!

depends on your phone, if your phone doesn't have wifi it cannot use a wifi connection.
if it does, it should be possible

So what's with this Synchronization stuff? I have this SE K800i and whenever I go to this function it asks me to set up an 'Internet Server'. So what the hell is that huh?

thats a feature that uses the SyncML standard (which is based on XML) to synchronise your phone with a web site that provides this service
it is possible to use your K800 via bluetooth to your PC so that you can then use the PC's broandband connection. This uses the PAN (person area network) profile in the K800 but your pc will need to have bluetooth and also support that profile. you won't be able to connect directly to you wireless router
