Let me answer your question:
What do they do? Simple, they are themes that come with an "interective shake wallpaper". What is an interective shake wallpaper, uncle abulero? Simple, an ISW is a wallpaper that changes is u shake or move your mobile.

Example: Wallpaper is still. You shake you mobile and something happens, like balls moving, what ever.
