> How come Cingular is not available in Western PA?

I'm interested in Cingular service, but it's not available in the Pittsburgh PA area or in Western PA at all. I looked on Cingular's website and they have full coverage in my area but they don't offer us service. Why is that?

Most of the GSM service that Cingular offers is actually T-mobile. Cingular offers their own GSM service in CA, Las Vegas, Washington State, and the North/South Carolina Area. If you have Cingular for example in NYC you are really using T-Mobile service.
