> w880i caller cannot hear my voice, help please

Hello, i bought the w880i a while ago and it was working fine but the other week it just stopped working and now callers cannot hear my voice although i can hear them, any suggestions? i was told there was some software i can download.

This is an issue with this phone as i recall. Alot of people have reported this problem.

yer i was told they set up a website with a program to download that fixes 9/10 of them anyone no it please?

if you cannot record sounds using the sound recorder, then it is more than likely a hardware issue like i have already said
