My sony ericsson k810i stopped working. It cannot be turned on and when i try to charge it nothing happens. Also when i try to charge it or turn it on, the infrared port flashes red lights. Someone please help mee i've only had this phone for a month now and would hate to have to go through the whole returning process.

Use Setool2lite 1.11, but hold
2 and
5 together.
