> k800i problem with photos on 2gb mem stick

I have never had any problems with my k800i with photos until I replaced my memory sticK with a genuine, (afaIk) sony 2GB stick. I sometimes take a pic and although it looks ok on the screen after shooting it, and the thumbnail looks fine, it wont zoom past 1:1 and when I upload to the PC it will not display in any viewing program. It seems random and works ok more often than not, but it is a pain. I stored all the photos I took today on the internal memory and there were no problems. I have formatted the stick after I had the problem the first time.
Anyone have any ideas.
