I am having trouble voice dialing form the HBH-30, it seems I have to actually use the handset menu to connect to the headset before I can voice dial, and I can't make a second call without connecting again. I can't figure out how to iniate the connection from the headset so I don't need to touch the phone at all to place a call.
Any direction ehre would be helpful, cause otherwise I am really enjoying the headset.

I simply press the button on the headset. I will hear a beeping noise coming from the headset (indicating its trying to connect to the phone), then a final beep and the normal tone for voice command.
If this does not work I would recommend trying to re-pair it (pair it again, not "repair") with the phone...

This happened to me 2 days ago. Somehow, the headset just couldn't detect the phone. Pairing it seems to work thus far, but I couldn't replicate the problem in the first place, so hopefully it's just a once-off thing.
