To start off, this easily has to be the worst phone i have ever had the dis-pleasure of owning!!
It constantly freezes, turns it's self off etc, i know this is all down to the dodgy firmware on it, but trying to get it upgraded is proving near impossible. I have tried doing it ota, always fails at 99% citing "Network Error"
Doesn't work either using the SEUS. When i plug in the usb and hold C, it begins to install the drivers, then fails. When i re-connect the "Conection Error" XP alert sounds
I have tried this on all my spare USB Ports, to no avail. I'm close to "losing" i.e bouncing it off a wall, and claiming it on my insurance.
Can someone please help?
Its on the Orange network...with the sh*tty orange software. Software Version is 1200-4398 R1CA029 070922

Second, i sugesst you remove the drivers installled and try it again, also on a other PC or with a different cable.
If that doenst work, bring it to a SE service centre, they can flash it for you

The best thing you can do is email SE and ask them, just like I did, they reply wthin a few days telling you the nearest locations of service centres
