hi i have a w910i and when i try to use sensme it wont open. i got songs in it. and they were analysed with media manager already. it also says how many songs but it wont open. any ideas?

yea its updated to the newest one.
if i wasnt clear enough, when i try to enter sensme it wont go there, it will just stay at the same screen.

Well that's weird. Have you tried re-upgrading? Or flashing (via XS++), maybe?

You can't flash DB3150 phones with XS++ yet
