hello any one out there to help me get my phone to ring again.! I have had this problem for about a week now, My phone just does not ring audibly when a call comes through, all i get is the lighting up and the vibration even though the profile is in normal.
I have tried to reset the phone's setting and do a software upgrade to no avail. and tried to change settings too
However when i have the heaset connected then i do hear the ringtone thru the headset and i can listen to music and radio through the headset. Once the headset is off its not possible to hear anything and any attempt to play music through the loudspeaker is fruitless
I need help
