is it ok to play button mashing games on my k770? has there been any durability issues regarding the buttons and joysticks of the k series?

im just kinda worried my phone won't last a year if i play games all the time..

It's hard to say. if you have a light touch it will be fine. If you really hammer the keys and controller you may have problems down the line.

If seen people scrub out phone joysticks from gaming, but I've also seen people play games for years with no ill affect. I can only assume it's because some are harder thanothers

Neither would I. By all means, play games, but playing a lot and playing hard will damage hour hands on such a small device, and it will damage your phone if you're too rough.

any testimonials on that? been phone-gaming since my Nokia 5110 and I don't see any ill effects on my hands

you guys should try out the new games, some of them are more addicting than my psp games haha..

Oh yeah, you often see articles about the effects that texting has on hands, for example RSI. So with gaming being even more demanding on your fingers than texting, I'd say theres some risk there.

I haven't yet found a single mobile phone game thats more addictive than my PSP games.
