> Mobile scams hit Swaziland

Early this week a lot of people recieved text sms that they have won new cars. A woman woke up late at night at about 11pm rejoicing to the news she had recieved over the text message. She was said to have won a Toyota Prado worth $50 000 in terms of US dollars. That is about E350 000 if you convert that money to Swazi and South African currency which isnt a joke at all. The woman said that
"I was filled with joy and thought I was dreaming and I went to confirm it with my neighour and that is when I found it wasnt a dream but a reality"
What raised her suspicions is that the sms went on to request for bank details. Apparently shes not the only one who recieved such an sms. The sender is said to be in Kenya. Read more from the
