does the output sound quality of the sony ericsson w890i supposed to sound sterioy coz my dad's does and it doesnt sound loud

If you meant stereo, then yes. The 2 channels are the back and front speaker.
And what kind of loudness do you expect from a 9mm thin phone?! IMO, it is sufficiently loud.
