Not sure why but I now seem to have all the games and applications on my K800i 3 or 4 times and none of them work, I just can't get rid of them whenever I press delete I get a message which says "operations failed".

I've tried moving the files from the memory card to the phone but still no luck , I've tried to up date the firmware which has made no difference and now it runs very slow and I can't access it anymore with XS++ .

If I turn the phone off and remove the battery and then turn the phone back on I can sometimes delete a game(it very hit and miss and doesn’t work every time) but then the phone turns its self off after the game has been deleted.

After reading elsewhere on here I know why I can't access the phone with XS++ anymore

Does anyone know how I can get rid of the duplicate games and apps or should I just give in and ring vodafone.
