Is it possible to port K750i oder W810i audio drivers to K810i ones?

I´m looking for an audio driver for enhanced call quality, nothing more. The only one I´ve found is for K750i or W810i and by djk750: http://www.mobilejunkies.net/[....]&d_op=viewdownload&cid=152#cat

Can this driver be ported? Another call quality driver for K810i would also be fine!
