I have a Sony Ericsson W810i mobile phone I just bought. As software I'm using IVT Blue Soleil program that came with a bluetooth dongle for my pc. I've been trying to transfer files onto my phone like themes, and pictures. Sometimes files send to my phone properly but most of the time the files do not send at all and stop midway through with the Blue Soleil pc program saying "Failed To Send", and the phone saying "Connection Lost". Yes I set my phone to visable, yes it has the same pass as the blue soleil application so they're both paired, yes the phone is set to automatically allow all incoming from my pc, but this problem keeps occuring. I don't know what it could be...
Anyways when you start Blue Soleil application in windows xp it has a main window with a list around the red blue soleil ball on the main page showing all of your mobile phone devices as icons. I wanted to know how I can get rid of my w810i phone device from the main red ball page. I want to fully delete my Sony mobile W810i icon from the main page on Blue Soleil not just unpair. I want to fully delete it away from Blue Soleil application so the icon will never be there on the main page when I start Blue Soleil again.
How do I do this?

Actually that just unpairs the selected device. I found out how to actually remove a device from Blue Soleil forever. Well first of all you have to unpair the device just like you mentioned. That would be "my bluetooth>security>devices tab". You will see the devices listed there for you to choose, and once you select one just click the "remove pairing" button. After that you have to go to "tools>add device from history", select the device you want removed from the list, & than click the "delete" button. You must restart the program for the settings to take affect. It will than no longer be in your Blue Soleil application ever again. No pairing, no icon, nothing at all forever! You can than add the device to Blue Soleil in the future, as you normally would with any other device. Great steps for getting friends devices out of Blue Soleil when you do stuff for their phones and give it back to them.
Hooray indeed! Check it out ya'll!

I also have a Version 2.0 + EDR dongle with Blue Soleil software and XP sp2. After some minor teething problems during setup, its all working great with V800, V640i, and Samsung Z400v and no problems with MyPhoneExplorer either. XP can't find any devices using Blue Soleil but who cares. MPE has a great 'right click upload' feature anyway.
