Hi guys. I recently got a W910i to replace my N73. my friend uses a Nokia 6120 classic. We are both on the same network. (Telstra Next G).
i cannot video call him and he cannot video call me. But, he can video call another nokia and i cannot video call any my friends because they all use Nokia's.
Is my phone faulty? I is unlikely since he cannot video call me as well, so is it a brand issue? We are both in 3G areas but mine has a 'H' symbol which is HSDPA.
Can anyone help me?

Its not a brand problem, SE and Nokia are fully inter-operable when it comes to video calling.
Most likely you do not have the service enabled or setting are incorrect.
Check with your nearest Telstra shop/outlet and they will help you to enable the video calling service.

I would go to the store and try video calling another SE phone. I send video calls to my friend's motorola phone all the time.

I know this tread is way old, but I'd like to update everyone about the problem. The W910i was actually bought from OPTUS, but I used a Telstra SIM in it. It turns out that the phone was only able to video call using an OPTUS USIM, but not any other SIM. I debranded the phone and now it can video call with any USIM.

Who actually uses video calling?
Well, besides from the iPhone 4 evangelists who think it's a technological revelation.
