That site's content is overly dramatic to the extent of making it propaganda but, sadly, most of what it says is true to a very large extent
I'm glad I gave up meat over 20 years ago.

You always have to be careful when reading things like this. Especialy with Pam Anderson presenting it. I would like to know to what extent is true or not in this (How do we know this is KFC suppliers or just some cheap chicken in a crappy market?). If they have their throats slit, shouldn't that kill them straight away as it severs the arteries? (Well thats what the Muslims and Jews say, and I have to agree with them as I have seen it before, the animal dies straight away)
Also how many branches of KFC have chicken bought from places like this?

^ ever heard the term headless chicken?
A chicken doesn't need it's head to live.... the only way to kill a chicken to to twist it's neck so you break it's neck and it turn it's spinal chord.
Mind you the neck thing works on every other animal we as humans eat, twisting the neck would also work on most animals but it's fairly hard to twist the neck of a cow, but slitting it's throat or electrocuting it do the same thing, only thing is with electrocution you have a short time in which to slit it's throat or chances are that it might come round from it's stupor and regain consciousness...
but back to topic, I defy you to organically rear as many chickens as KFC need and keep the price that KFC are used to paying, it just isn't going to happen in a month of Sundays, I know we are only talking a few P per chicken for free range over battery, but a few P to the end user would be £s.....
I'm well aware of where my meat comes from and until I have a problem with it, I'll continue to eat it.

fastfood isnt for me, it stinks usually already when u enter any kind of them. i rather pay a bit more if it is and eat normal food. there are also cheap restaurants, where u get a nice menu, soup etc chinese restaurants usually offer cheap menus.

Narr, there's places, ie Chinatown where you can get an all you can eat for £7-8. But they tend to be packed and the good ones are all concentrated in a small area.
