Sim free, 9/10(marks on back cover, as you can see in the pic, only one stands out, the others(~2) are hairline, and won't show up, even with N95), boxed complete(as you can see, this is official Eclipse Black, not some green/blue phone with fake covers(you can't order Eclipse Black covers in the UK).

Now read the first post again. This one is in the
UK, where you can't even purchase OEM covers, let alone the phone.
