You can't for mp3, but you can download any .wav, .au, .midi, .amr,... file and use it as a roingtone or a SMS tone or whatever.
You can even record (with the P800) some friend of you saying "Hey, Danny, That's me, answer the phone please !!", and assign this specific audio file to this contact in your phone book.
Very nice effect then... But a bit bothering if you annoy each one of your friends to get their voice recod !!!
