Well, OK, the topic says it all...
Now, seeing as smart phones are like mini-computers, I got thinking... why wouldn't they be able to run some simple games?
So, the question is... is there any way to run starcraft on a Symbian UIQ 3.0 smartphone (such as W960i, P1i...)? I know you can't just throw the game onto the phone and start playing, so I kind of doubt there is a way.

..No, it's a question of whether the source code is available, or if it uses some library that is ported to Symbian/UIQ already - and then, if the code needs to be rewritten substantially because of memory- handling - and then if the phone is fast enough (to deal with scaling down resolutions, and so on. And if it's not, then you'd need to rewrite the resources as well, and so on - and that would take too long. Take a look at anotherguest's page, and his talk on the UIQ DevCom from earlier, for example:
http://developer.uiq.com/kb_guides.html#id1234
But can you run a pretty slick program on a 200Mhz RISC processor.. in theory? Yes. Specially now that we have posix libraries, I can see a lot of useful code being ported, in not too long.

Its a DOS emulator, you can then play DOS games on it, such as Prince of Persia, but I wonder if the p1i has sufficent processor speed to run it smoothly, it was laggy on my 412Mhz E6
