Mobile Choice magazine recently published information regarding fake Nokia N95s and other Nokia phones being sold in Europe. Nokia was not the only one being faked as some SE phones are also on their way to Europe and the UK. Sorry for the poor information i dont have a proper link but you can try finding Mobile Choice website i think its www.mobilechoice.com.uk though it could be wrong.
