> K800 turning off problem

Hello all i have a question. My other half has a K800i sim free and although day to day its generally reliable every so often say around every week whilst using the net the phone turns off and back on again with white screen. My question is in general is it normal for mobiles to turn off and back on again sometimes just like a pc does. Cos it seems ok otherwise but do most phones normally act this way.
