I updated to 1.2.4 yesterday, the youtube support is great. The quality is way better then the mobile site and it loads videos fast.

Looks good... is the home site the only place you can get it? - any discounted offers going on?
I don't like the home site mobihand as it says tax and shipping may apply :? - I don't want to put in all my details only to find they jack up the price before I buy

- currently says £12.72

Any discount codes?

Whant an advice??? Buy through my-symbian (they deserve it, and have periodic discounts), but instead of using your true adress, use some US adress (any lol)...that way, you will avoid paying VAT
Core Player now turned a true must have, because the youtube part is just awesome

Yeah, you're supposed to get the upgrades all the way to the final version.
Btw - is there a way to change the resolution for the youtube- clips?
(And I wonder when we'll get the placeholders for flv- containers in the opera- browser...)

I have the latest version on my Samsung Windows Mobile phone which features this YouTube support and to be honest its terrible! The video quality is poor, the sound quality is even worse and it takes an age over EDGE and 3G to stream videos.
I'd normally just it down to the phone itself but when you try apps such as
YouTubePlay you see that YouTube apps can be quite good and the CorePlayer version is just poor!
Still, it is nice how it integrates and I am sure they will fix it. Maybe the UIQ version will be different!
