Hey, I've done a search for previous people with the same problem but haven't got time to go through them all. Basically, I got a new SEw200i to replace an old samsung about 3 months ago. I had the same SIM I've had for years but I'm having problems with my signal. In my house for example I can't use it downstairs, only on the 3rd floor and even then its quite patchy. Also, even in the city centre or uni library I goto there is no signal at all - reception bars are always grey with either the message - no netw. coverage or Emerg calls only. It must be the phone as the reception has always been good with my previous phones. Also, I tried my housemates O2 sim card downstairs and I still encountered the same signal problems even though his is perfect with his phone. Does anyone know how I can improve the signal as it can be ridiculous when im out and need to contact people?
