What is the com for fixed shutter in K800 drv?
I ve tried #COM_EVENT(07 & #SET_REG(29 ...no luck...
The values are in hex or not?

#SET_REG(29,xx) // Shutter speed value
#COM_EVENT(02,0x) // Shutter speed priority, only few values permitted

Use both together.
