> W890i MP4 playback - what bitrate?

I converted some videos for my w890i and used a bitrate of 384.. some of the files now lag and the audio/video go out of sync.
What bitrate is everyone else using or suggest I try?
Also... bitrate of audio... im using 96... should I up it to 128?

i use M3 to encode my videos,
the phone i choose is W850i which works brilliantly.

a simple to fix it are..
go to \Windows\System32\drivers\etc
and open "hosts" as txt so you can edit it. and add "127.0.0.1
www.vapulus.com " at last line..
Shall works after it.. if you running Vista..
